NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans' annual pre-Lenten Mardi Gras celebration is muted this year because of the coronavirus pandemic. The mayor has ordered that bars be closed during the Mardi Gras weekend that starts Friday and runs through Tuesday.
