Sussex County, DE – Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating Arthur Ralph, 41, of Lewes, who is wanted on four counts of Rape Third Degree (Felony).
Ralph may be operating a blue 2009 Chrysler 300 (DE Registration) in the Delaware or Salisbury, MD area.
Ralph is described as a white male, 5’10”, 200 lbs., green eyes, and brown hair.
