Victim Identified in Fatal Milford Crash

Milford, DE – Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died in a fatal crash on Milford Harrington Highway on June 19, 2021, as Elijah Brown, 19, of Harrington, DE.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
