The operator was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Identification is pending notification to next of kin.

This crash is being investigated by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone with information regarding this collision should contact Det. K. Argo with the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit by calling 302-644-5020.
