Delaware State Police say 40-year-old Thomas Frederick, of Lewes, was identified as the driver of the Toyota pickup truck involved in the fatal head-on crash, in Lewes.

According to authorities, on Monday, around 1:19 PM, Frederick was involved in a fatal crash that happened in the left northbound lane on Coastal Highway (SR1), just south of Dartmouth Drive.
